Contact our Play and Learn Child Care Centre and make an appointment to tour the centre and meet our educators. You are most welcome to drop in and visit but knowing you are coming in advance helps us to organise time to spend with you.

• If this is your first time using formal care then you must register with Services Australia. This will automatically check your family’s eligibility and determine how much and what payments you are eligible for. To register go to https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/centrelink/child-care-benefit
• Express Plus Centrelink mobile app –

  If you’re already receiving Family Tax Benefit for a child, you can claim Child Care Benefit for approved care as a fee reduction using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. To use the app, you need to have a Centrelink online account linked to myGov.

  Download the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app from the App Store or Google Play™ 

• By Phone – If you’re already receiving Family Tax Benefit for a child, you can claim Child Care Benefit for approved care as a fee reduction by calling the Families line on 136150.
• By post or in person –

  You can claim Child Care Benefit for approved care by completing the:

  Claim for Approved Child Care payments form, if you want to receive Child Care Benefit for approved care as a fee reduction, or

  Claim for Approved Child Care Payments – an annual lump sum payment of Child Care Benefit, and read the information booklet if you want to receive Child Care Benefit for approved care as a lump sum, or

  Registration for formal enrolment – for families claiming Child Care Benefit as a lump sum payment form which will enable child care services to send attendance during the year before you submit your lump sum claim.

Alternatively, book a tour and enrol in person at the centre.
